DESCRIPTION

Magnobond 6289 is a two part epoxy resin system designed for bonding applications requiring outstanding chemical and temperature resistance.

This product is used for sealing filters which operate under extremely harsh conditions.

    Specific Gravity:               A:  1.2
                                    B:  1.0
                                  Mix:  1.1

    Viscosity, Mix:                75°F   40,000 cps
                                  100°F   20,000 cps

    3 oz. Pot Life @ 75°F:         18 minutes
       Mix Ratio:                  100 Parts by Weight A
                                    32 Parts by Weight B

Special Note:  For best acid resistance, use 100 to 27.  All others use
               100 to 32.

Cure Schedule: Set 2 - 6 hours at 75°F.  Good properties can be
               obtained with a room temperature cure. For best chemical
               resistance, post cure 2 hours at 250°F.

Keep container closed. Do not reuse this container.
