DESCRIPTION
Magnobond 6380 is a toughened epoxy adhesive/shim system having
good properties over a wide range of temperatures.
SPECIAL FEATURES
1. Excellent bonding is achieved to a variety of
substrates without use of metallic fillers.
2. Magnobond 6380 will set to handling strength in 6
hours at room temperature and develop full properties
after 3 days. A heat cure can be used if faster
production is needed.
3. Magnobond 6380 contains glass spacers to provide a
bond line thickness of 5 to 7 thousandths.
4. Shelf life is 12 months when stored at 75°F or lower.
5. Magnobond 6380, A & B is QPL listed to Boeing/Sikorsky
Specification 2000-777-016.

Mix Ratio: Part A: 100 parts by weight
Part B: 27 parts by weight
3 ounce pot life @ 77°F: 90 minutes
Cure Schedule: 6 hours at 77°F = Set
3 days = full properties
or
1-2 hours at 140-170°F
or
1/2 to 1 hour at 180-220°F
